In the crisp, snow-covered village of Hemsedal, Norway, a small service company was born in 2003. With just a handful of dedicated souls armed with mops and brooms, they embarked on their journey. Today, their dream of hospitality has become IDP.
As time went by, we grew, expanding our reach to become a cornerstone of cleanliness in the grand ski destinations of Scandinavia. Yet among our expansion, one thing remained unchanged: our commitment to nurturing our employees' growth.
Today, thanks to the teamwork of our employees, our story is not just one of success, but of equality and diversity. For in every tidy room lies a testament to our journey—a journey paved with determination, unity, and a touch of Scandinavian magic, where different nations come together in harmony.
Our services and team extend over two countries several wonderful destinations:

🇸🇪 Sweden: Leksand, Ramundberget, Säfsen, Sälen, Tänndalen, and Vemdalen.
